What is the role about?
As it continues to grow rapidly, MotorK is seeking an experienced, highly energetic and motivational Engineering Team Leader.
Someone used to look for win-win opportunities with an outcome driven mindset, experienced enough to know that for any given technical solution the execution is a key factor for success.

We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we're using Scrum as an agile framework.
Requirements What you should have to fit the role: Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/Kaizen Have a bias for action and a customer-centric approach Experienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and Delivery Track Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people.
