We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join our Partner Payments team.

What you will do…
Lead with impact as you drive key business objectives, collaborating closely with peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in product and technical management.
Take charge of the software development process, ensuring its technical excellence and innovation.
Work hand-in-hand with the architecture team to design and implement cutting-edge systems.
Champion agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently, with a strong focus on automation testing to maintain top-tier standards.
Collaborate with the Support team to ensure the stability of production systems.
Foster a culture of growth and collaboration by mentoring developers at all levels, empowering them to reach their full potential.
What you will bring...
Proven expertise in technical leadership within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
Outstanding communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with stakeholders across various functions.
Mastery of .NET Core, with GoLang experience as a bonus.
Hands-on knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
In-depth understanding of Microservices Architecture and SOA principles.
Expertise with Relational and NoSQL databases.
A solid grasp of SOLID Principles, TDD, Pair Programming, and BDD.
Comprehensive knowledge of testing methodologies, including Unit, Integration, and Regression testing.
