.The jobholder will be responsible for:**Responsible of Quality and Process Assurance of Programs **developed by Military Air Systems Engineering in Seville for A400M focused on MAP & Flight Test activities:- CAM/PATM analysis (screening, investigation and action plan)- E2E SARIs & EVENTs process- Support FIC (First Inspection Check) physical- Support QG E-ME- Support to Quality issues during FAL, Ground Test, Flight Line and Delivery Center**To contribute to Customer Satisfaction **with respect to our developing projects throughout the Product lifecycle ensuring the targets of Customer Commitment Letters and Program year targets. In addition to that, contribution to specific forums defined to drumbeat critical issues (top 25, top irritants,customer hot topics..)**To be the E2E leader of investigations **from processes managed by Engineering Quality in Seville, supported by the Technical Leader from Engineering (MAP/ Design Office/System responsible), and with interfaces to Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality and Programs.**To support CAM reduction plateau **and action tracker.**Support interface meetings **with other Quality Organizations and with MAP/Design Office to follow up action plan related with above mentioned activities (Production Panel, Allocation&Containment; , bilateral with MAP, MIP, MFTI, SFTI, etc)**Support Engineering Quality System and Performance KPI**- SARIs & EVENT KPIs and executive reports- CAM/PATM issues- QG E-ME and FIC**Continuous improvement **of the Quality of the Engineering Deliverables:- Support improvement projects developed in the team (QuAnalitics)- Identify / analyze weak points- Implement methods and concepts to safeguard development quality, including PPS,etc...**B.Main activities**:- Technical coordination of a piece of External WP (equivalent to 1-2 FTE)- Deliverables on time and on quality- Periodical report with progress status, risks and escalation issues.- Product Quality- E2E leader of TOQEA1 investigations related with S&E-; CAM/PATM analysis (screening, investigation and action plan)- Support FIC (First Inspection Check) physical in FAL- Support QG E-ME in FAL- Lessons Learned- Customer Satisfaction- Eradication/Reduction of quality issues whose source is Engineering impacting in Customer deliveries (Top irritants; Top 25; Hot topics; Commitment letter)- Eradication/Reduction of quality issues whose source is Engineering impacting in Production- Quality System- Support SARIs &Events; in A400M by reporting progress status- Support QG E-ME in A400M FAL and report progress status- Support- Support internal coordination meetings- Support to Quality issues during FAL, Ground Test,Flight Line and Delivery Center- Bilateral meetings with MAP and DO- Bilateral meeting with Supply Chain Quality- Bilateral meetings with Q FAL- Bilateral meetings with Q Programs- Other forum from different organizations (ISQIS, FOT, MFTI, SFTI, MIP, etc)**C
