Reporting to Engineering Controlling Manager, and functionally to the Engineering Project Director.What you will doDrive the set-up of annual budget for D&D costs compliant with pluri-annual commitment of the Projects, and monitor the follow-up (plan, budget, forecast). In case of deviation, monitor the convergence process. Ensure the follow-up of invoices for payment up-front projects.For new projects or for Project modification requested by the customer, ensure that the RFQ information or "cost modification sheet" datas are taken into account by PMO and Cost Control.Set risk & opportunities, forecasts, ensure analysis of actual vs budget and pluri-annual actual vs Eng. ET commitment, authorize spending compliant with budget objectivesAs CPO co-pilot, contribute to optimize the economic performance of Engineering, especially by: Providing to operational managers reliable economic data and relevant analysisSuggesting action plans to operational managers and supporting them in the implementation and the monitoringFor compliance, ensure the implementation of the internal control and periodic assessment of its effectiveness, especially by: Ensuring the robustness, integrity and completeness of economical informationEnsuring compliance with legal, tax and regulatory requirementsWhat we are looking forBachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector (manufacturing), preferably in the automotive sector.Experience in engineering projects with an economic point of view.Experience in multinational environments and managing global flows.Ability to work effectively managing multiple tasks and projects. Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, business level.
