The Position:As an Engineering Project Manager & Proposal Writer, you will work closely with the Engineering Team in Granada, Spain. You will manage all aspects of product development and sustaining projects from ideation to industrialization. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and proficiency in project management and technical proposal writing.Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead a project team in all development and sustaining activities.Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables by maintaining close communication with the stakeholders.Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.Collaborate with the administration team to manage billing and financial aspects.Monitor project balance and ensure financial targets are met.Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Technical Proposal Writing:Develop technical specifications in collaboration with technical leads.Write and structure clear, compelling technical proposals.Ensure compliance with legal requirements by communicating with the legal department.Gather technical details from the engineering department.Work with the sales team to develop pricing strategies for bids and proposals.Requirements:Master's Degree in Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Excellent written and communication skills in English.Passion for technology and personal and professional growth.Proficiency in development, testing methodologies, and project management.Expertise in budget management and document writing.Familiarity with distributed communication, presentation, and analytic management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
