The Team The Engineering People and Budget Operations team is part of our global Engineering organisation.
For us, the operational excellence of all people & budget programs play a key role in our day-to-day and we focus on boosting efficiency and acting as a business partner for our engineers and building the bridge to our stakeholders in Product, HR, L&D, IT, Finance, Procurement and other corporate functions.
The Role As an Engineering People Operations Program Manager, you'll not only implement but also support the creation of people-related activities, processes and policies for the Engineering organisation.
You play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with the Engineering department and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various departments.

The work you'll do Assist in the creation and implementation for employee development initiatives (such as: career path development, recognition programs, etc.)
Organise events and initiatives for a small or large scale for teams or the whole organisation remote or in-office Support seamless communication across the whole department and stakeholders to facilitate a clear and frictionless understanding for everyone involved Analyse internal processes to identify gaps (time-consuming tasks, inefficiencies, manual work, broken processes and interfaces) and propose scalable solutions Design and implement strategic people programs aligned with organisational goals and objectives Continuously collect feedback from all necessary stakeholders (Engineering Leaders, Product leaders, New Joiners, HR and other members of the organization), to adapt and improve the frameworks and processes you own Support full project management cycle, including documentation, tracking, analytics and reporting Develop end-to-end delivery schedules, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables; coordinate the project delivery and own the project management and communication The qualifications you need 3+ years experience in people operations, preferably at a high-growth tech company / start-up Degree in Business Administration or a technical field oriented on processes and analytics (e.g.
Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering Management, Enterprise Administration etc.)
