We are seeking a talented Early Career Engineering Manager to join our team and help us deliver game-changing solutions to our customers.Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the delivery of 1-3 cross-functional engineering teams. You will work alongside a Product Manager and designer, and together you will make data-informed decisions about the team roadmap and overall heading of the product. Your teams will be truly yours to lead. Your Director of Engineering will act as your support and guide, and together you will decide what roles and team members you need to succeed. You will be the driver for staffing plans, hiring, promoting, etc.Although we do not expect you to be coding, it is critical that you have a firm engineering background. You must understand the software development lifecycle in a SaaS company and be comfortable reviewing system architecture and code pull requests.
