We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our growing team!The OpportunityAs an Engineering Manager, you will lead and shape the development of a performant, resilient, and distributed platform based on Node.js, C++, and QT that aims to disrupt the gaming space. You will guide a cross-functional team of 7 across Development and QA, fostering collaboration and driving the continuous improvement of our products.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of developers in maintaining and improving the platform's stability and performance.Ensure that all systems operate securely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and addressing issues promptly.Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and QA teams, to plan and deliver incremental improvements aligned with business needs.Review, optimize, and refactor existing code to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.Drive adherence to best practices in testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, focusing on their professional growth and technical excellence.Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce technical debt.Conduct thorough requirements analysis and oversee the implementation of critical updates and fixes.Track and prioritize team deliverables using project management tools, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.Build a team culture that values accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.About you?You have:6 years of experience in backend software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role such as Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar.You are proficient in Node.js or C++, but experience with other languages is also welcome; familiarity with QT is highly valued.A strong track record in maintaining and optimizing large-scale, complex systems.Skills at identifying and resolving technical issues and addressing root causes efficiently.Experience in fostering collaboration within teams and building a strong team culture.A passion for software quality and reliability, ensuring that systems meet the highest standards.A strong command of both spoken and written English.A degree in Information Technology or a related field is considered an advantage.A background in fintech, DeFi, or iGaming is a nice-to-have.
