More than 3000 hotels use Duetto to price their rooms, amounting to over a million pricing decisions per day.What you'll do:Own the execution and delivery of the product roadmap and backlog for two engineering teams.Ensure high-quality deliverables for our customers, partners, and colleagues.Coach and mentor teams and individuals for high-level performance and growth.Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership behaviors.Serve as the team scrum master, championing agile best practices—grooming, planning, retrospectives, and servant leadership.Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams on planning, design, implementation, and ultimately customer success.Continuously evolve engineering practices, systems, and processes towards efficiency and scale.Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams.This is a fully remote position. With opportunities to collaborate in person.Desired Skills & Expertise:BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.10+ years of experience building enterprise-grade SaaS applications, including 2+ years managing teams of at least five full-stack engineers.Strong foundation in building modern scalable web applications with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.Proven track record of delivering complex software products on time with high quality using agile methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience collaborating with US-based product companies and globally distributed teams using agile and scrum methodologies.Familiarity with data-driven and data-focused applications, data scalability techniques; ideally, knowledge of SQL as well as modern NoSQL techniques.Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and API-driven/MVC user interface frameworks.Passion for analytical applications, forecasting, data visualization, and machine learning.Curiosity about business problems and using modern infrastructure to solve real-world challenges.About Duetto:We are a team of passionate hospitality and technology professionals delivering a modern platform to over 10,000 clients in over 60 countries.
