Responsibilities: Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, Golang, or similar.
Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Working knowledge of designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, and implementing technical projects for the fabrication, modification, and evaluation of new or existing software solutions or products.
Proficient with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Software Engineering field.
Proficient in designing and developing requirements from specifications, oral instructions, or preliminary sketches.
Agile software development and DevOps skills preferred.
Ability to facilitate organizational transformation to support business strategy.
Demonstrated ability to drive ownership and accountability in delivering quality products on time to customers.
Ability to develop and implement test methods and procedures.

Qualifications: 4-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or other Technical Degree.
12+ years of Software Development experience.
2+ years supervisory, team lead, or project leader experience.
4+ years of proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS experience is preferred).
Experience in On-prem to Cloud migration preferred.
