Coach and mentor othersInspire, develop, recruit, and motivate a software engineering team. Provide and execute a step-by-step plan on how we will grow to three teams (hiring plan, team split strategy, roles distribution) in communication with the stakeholders (Head of Engineering, Product Owner, etc.).Minimum Requirements:7+ years of experience working in a product team as a PHP developer (we use PHP 8)Track record of successfully leading and scaling cross-functional development teams with backend and frontend scope (ideally at least two years' experience in an Engineering Manager role)High level of hands-on technical experience in software development and architecture, with several years of experience working as a senior software developerProfound expertise in back-end software development and system designYou would enjoy a 30% share of hands-on technical work (code and architecture reviews, technical design, hands-on coding, ...)Experience in Agile values and principlesCommunication skills to clearly and effectively convey thoughts and ideas while actively listening and responding to othersCollaboration skills to effectively work with others to achieve common goals.
