Engineering Manager Back Market is looking for an Engineering Manager who will lead one of our squads (5+ engineers) within one of our Product Tribes.
The core competencies of this role include mentoring and coaching people, cultivating a collaborative team, leading delivery, production operations, and continuous improvement. As in Back Market, we lead by example, and personal contribution is expected.
