We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps team. In this role, you will manage a team of highly skilled DevOps engineers and drive the strategy for automating and securing our cloud infrastructure at scale. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Drive the development and automation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and highly available.
Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless integration of DevOps practices.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure deployments.
Ensure the security and fault tolerance of systems by implementing best practices and monitoring compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the use of infrastructure management tools like Terraform, ensuring efficient automation of provisioning and deployment processes.
Collaborate with leadership to align DevOps strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps.
Lead the incident response process, ensuring quick resolution of infrastructure issues and continuous improvement of processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with infrastructure management tools such as Terraform.
Experience in implementing and maintaining secure and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, driving performance and collaboration across departments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between development and operations teams.
Fluency in Russian is required for effective communication within the team and across the company.
It'll also be an advantage if you have experience in:
Finance experience or knowledge of Trading.
Knowledge of TradingView.
