You will put your skills to the test, completing a project that supports your learning in the engineering field.The engineering team maintains and optimizes all technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network. Our Operations Engineering Interns must be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.As an Engineering intern, you could have the opportunity to join one of the following teams: Project Management, Change Management, People Management, Planning, Contracting Management, Infrastructure, Reliability Maintenance, and more. You will work on a project with real impact within Amazon, which could include:Designing, building, improving, and innovating order fulfilment infrastructure throughout the large-scale supply chain network.Managing, designing, and implementing small to medium scope integrated automation projects.Working on a program to train technicians in control systems fault finding.Supporting a project to enhance the capability to monitor MHE metrics.Developing alongside global teams to support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.A day in the life:Our internships are educational opportunities that allow you to discover how we lead and develop our teams.
