The engineering team maintains and optimizes all technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.
Our Operations Engineering Interns must be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
As an Engineering intern, you could have the opportunity to join one of the following teams: Project Management, Change Management, People Management, Planning, Contracting Management, Infrastructure, Reliability Maintenance, and more.
You will work on a project with real impact within Amazon, which could include: Designing, building, improving, and innovating order fulfilment infrastructure throughout the large-scale supply chain network.
Managing, designing, and implementing small to medium scope integrated automation projects.
Working on a program to train technicians in control systems fault finding.
Supporting a project to enhance the capability to monitor MHE metrics.
Developing alongside global teams to support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Minimum Requirements: * Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial or Software), or a STEM subject.
* Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
* Highly proficient in English and French (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
* Microsoft Office proficient, including strong proficiency in Excel.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges.
* Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
* Understanding of ISO 13849 & 62061.
