About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Director position to join our Engineering Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, effectively to support project priorities and meet organizational goals.Provide technical direction and guidance, ensuring the use of best practices, methodologies, and technologies to drive innovation and achieve technical excellence.
