For our Case Lead team, we are looking for an Engineering Change Management (ECM) Case Lead to join our team in Aalborg to facilitate the ECM process for technical documentation for products, processes, and projects.
How to contribute to our vision: Supporting and facilitating the ECM process from Change Request creation until implementation. Ensuring an efficient, transparent, and compliant ECM process in accordance with regulations and guidelines. Planning and facilitating project documentation deliveries, including creating and maintaining documentation overviews. Plant support including on-site and remote support on production test documentation, document improvement, technology transfers, and new product/feature introductions. Communication and coordination of documentation creation and updates with Technical Writers, Process Engineers, Tooling/equipment, Design Engineers, Quality Engineers, HSE (health, safety, and environment team), Planning, project organization and other relevant stakeholders. Contribution to global and harmonized documentation solutions through collaboration with plants, other documentation functions and system owners. Key-user role for ECM process, Teamcenter and Jira task management. Promotion of ECM awareness to relevant stakeholders. What you need to make a difference: Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. Effective interaction with stakeholders at different levels in the organization. Motivation to provide quality results within deadlines in a dynamic organization and environment. Proactive, independent, and strong interpersonal and intercultural people skills. A holistic approach, analytical mindset, and a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate has a few years of experience within engineering change management, technical writing, or technical documentation. Experience with other documentation areas, coordination, and project management is an advantage. Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM), for instance through tools like Jira, Teamcenter, and WindChill, is also considered an advantage.
Excellent English skills, both written and oral, are essential. It is also an advantage if you speak either Danish, Spanish, or Portuguese.
