Job Overview We are looking for an Engineering Analyst on behalf of and in support to our client for their location in Barcelona, Spain.
The client is active in the nuclear industry.
The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and will be working onsite at our Client's location.
Tasks & Responsibilities Contribute to engineering analyses; Verify/follow up on engineering analyses carried out by third parties; Analyse critical aspects of specific designs with respect to engineering; Review engineering reports.
Requirements Experience in the performance and/or review of mechanical, thermal, nuclear, electromagnetic or CFD analyses; Experience in the drafting and review of engineering analysis reports; Experience in solid modelling and meshing for general-purpose finite element analyses is an asset; Experience using ANSYS and/or Abaqus for mechanical and/or thermo-mechanical analyses is an asset; Experience in the post-processing of results of finite element calculations in accordance with relevant codes and standards (ASME, RCC-MR, etc.)
is an asset; Experience in the nuclear environment will be considered an asset; Fluent English, both written and spoken; knowledge of another EU language is an asset.
