Role Purpose: The Engineer project is responsible for delivering technical project management of small CAPEX projects (Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare, monitor and update cost and time estimation.Coordinate all project activities and delegate tasks to dedicated functions (e.g. procurement, HS, Sustainability, facility management).Be accountable for project risk management to ensure that project risks are identified, assessed, prioritized and mitigated.Provide monthly project status reports using endorsed tools and templates to alert management of any deviation from the approved project scope.Plan human resource needs for assigned CAPEX projects following the selected Project Delivery Model.Lead, coordinate and motivate the project team members in the project work throughout the project lifecycle.Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and expectations.Ensure compliance with Sibelco regulations and other requirements and constraints, defined during the project lifecycle phases.Monitor and ensure the achievement of expected performances.Ensure that the CoE Handbooks and tools are implemented effectively in CAPEX projects.Lead the lessons learned process from an engineering and technical project management perspective throughout the project lifecycle.Share project management best practices with other Sibelco functions.Provide input for Project Review Meetings.Implement performance management and Lean tools in project management.Act as a continuous improvement promoter in any activity in the cluster.About you:A safety mindset. With strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with different levels in the organization.
