What are we searching for?
We are currently looking for a Process Engineer to be part of our team where he/she will carry out the design and standardization of the assigned processes to ensure the quality of what is produced, the safety of personnel, and cost efficiency, using the appropriate tools to solve problems that may arise and continually improve the key indicators of the process.
What will you do in this position?
You will define the production process (quality, safety) and its documentation (Process flow, PFMEA, VSM, ODS, Parameter Sheets, and Poka yokes).
You will participate and support in the launches, in the definition of layout, control plan, reception of equipment, and its set-up and optimization.
You will define the assembly standards and the associated work content (MTM, schedules, operations balance sheets).
You will lead or participate in problem solving, using the appropriate tools (8D, KT, 6S, …).
You will monitor and close the applicable NCs identified in different audits (internal and external).
You will promote the Continuous Improvement of their processes, applying the appropriate lean tools.
You will support production to implement standardized processes.
You will implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the occurrence and recurrence of problems.
What are the position requirements?
Degree or Master in Engineering.
Own vehicle.
Medium/high English.
Possibility of daily travel to the Almussafes plant.
Minimum experience of 3 years as a process engineer.
Valuable qualification and/or training in Lean Manufacturing systems and methodology, problem-solving tools (8D), MTM, IOS, etc.
Focus on detail, collaboration, improvement, and continuous learning.
