Engineer Load Calculation Sites (M/F/D)

Your TasksPlanning and execution of load assessment tasks within the service sales projects, i.E. site-specific load calculations for assessing wind conditions by using advanced aero-elastic dynamic simulation software such as Bladed and/or approximation tools.Optimizing controller functions as well as supporting in the different components' design in a multidisciplinary team.Documentation of results and their assessment in technical reports.Support of service projects and project work according to Nordex project management system.Support on the continuous development and improvement of the toolchain and methodologies.Your ProfileM. Sc. or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Physics or similar with specialization in dynamics and simulation or renewable energy.Project Management professional experience on related tasks regarding aerodynamic simulation.Good knowledge of dynamic simulations of complex systems in an industrial application with tools such as Bladed, Alaska, HAWCStab, Flex5, as well as for fatigue analysis methodologies and/or structural dynamics.Optionally, additional skills in the usage of automation tools are preferable.Good team player with very good interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.Dynamism and flexibility in a shifting daily work environment.Fluency in English.2 years' experience.Availability to travel.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
