Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering all Service activities (which might include: Installation, Repairs, Maintenance Services, Validation Services, Depot Repair, Hot Lines, etc.)
on LSMS products. Achieve satisfied customers becoming loyal customers. Ensure highest first-time fix rates and lowest mean time to repair. Maintain lowest repeated call rates and contribute to overall Service Targets with respect to Bookings, Revenues, Service Profit, and Overhead Cost while following all internal rules, processes, and practices. Perform all Service Activities in line with internal rules and customer regulations. Provide responsive telephone support and diagnostics as well as on-site Services to exceed customer expectations. Promote contract products actively. Ensure highest professional relationships with the customer base to achieve loyalty and tackle critical tasks efficiently. Handle the company's assets provided, such as Car Stock/Inventory of Parts, Computer, Telephone, general Tools, Software, Company Car, Manuals, etc. Optimize work schedule by coordinating with all vital partners for service planning/scheduling. Report accurate and timely all activities as required (e.g., Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, etc.
). Ensure alignment of all activities at the customer site with the rest of TMO and inform other parts of TMO of important information regarding customers. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across all levels, functions, and regions. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks with different priorities. Excellent interpersonal, self-motivational, and negotiating skills. PC skills. Driving License. Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region but frequently through Europe/European Territory. Good English skills, both verbal and written.
