Role Purpose Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure IT infrastructure services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Manage and report on IT infrastructure services, addressing deviations, issues, risks, and changes.
Collaborate with resource managers to assemble skilled ad-hoc teams for projects.
Provide dashboards and status reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute service delivery plans to enhance internal customer experience and increase product/service adoption.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills: Experience in ITSM (ITIL) environments; ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ITSM ServiceDesk tools is an advantage.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing large teams, with strong influence skills at various organizational levels.
Background in project management or service management, with experience handling different roles and seniority levels.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Spanish and English; ability to manage problems and conflicts under pressure with a service-oriented mindset.
