Hybrid means for us that you have the possibility to work from home but as a rule, we meet at least once per week or as required, in the office in Hamburg.Further benefits36h week30 days vacationFinancial extras such as vacation and Christmas bonuses, profit-sharing, capital-forming benefits, company pension scheme, energy price reduction, and child allowanceLeasing offers for mobile devices and bicyclesDiscounted Germany ticket for the trainFlexible working models such as part-time and home officeYour responsibilitiesCollaboration on design and cost studies for floating foundations for wind turbines, evaluation of different floating concepts, and collaboration on in-house cost calculations (CAPEX estimation) for floating foundations based on market enquiries and empirical values.Participation in the preparation of technical specifications for floating foundations and collaboration in the preparation, negotiation, and award of supply contracts, including examination and evaluation of offered technical solutions.Technical and contractual support of the design process, including the review of the delivered technical solutions for compliance with the specified requirements, along with technical and contractual support of the manufacturing and installation process.Monitoring research and development projects.Your profileCompleted studies (diploma / master's degree) in naval or civil engineering or comparable courses of study.Several years of professional experience in the field of calculation, fabrication, and installation of floating foundations; experience in the preparation of tender documents and tender negotiation is desired.Experience in project management and willingness to familiarize oneself with new tasks at short notice.Fluency in English (minimum Level C1); German language skills are welcome.
