We are looking for you as a Engineer Control and Communication Systems / SCADA for Offshore Wind Farms (f/m/d) in Hamburg.
Your responsibilities As an IC engineer you will contribute to the successful conception, planning and realization of IC systems in our offshore wind farm projects.
You will carry out corresponding preliminary planning work leading to the preparation of specifications and tender documents for EPCI supply contracts as well as the review of corresponding planning and contract documentation for the overall IC SCADA concept.
In the execution phases of the projects, you will manage the IC planning work of our suppliers and ensure efficient solution management at the IC SCADA interfaces.
During the production, installation and commissioning of our wind farms, you will accompany tests and commissioning of IC systems at the production site or even offshore (if suitable).
You will work closely with our internal EnBW colleagues and partners, such as the control technology engineers of our operating units, NetzeBW and other partner departments.
You will also be in close contact with service providers and suppliers and manage them during all project phases regarding compliance with all relevant laws, guidelines, standards and internal EnBW specifications.
Your profile You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, information technology or automation technology or a similar specialty or have a comparable qualification.
Experience in the field of energy infrastructure projects (e.g.
generation or grids), ideally also from offshore wind projects is required.
Ideally, you already have experience with IC systems and communication protocols (e.g.
IEC 60870-5-101/104, 61850) and PLC in the generation or substation sector and knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines.
A broad and good understanding of the various components and systems of control, automation and information technology is desired.
Ideally, you also have a good understanding of related topics such as OT/IT communication systems / cyber security.
It is necessary that you can communicate fluently (written and spoken) in English.
German language skills are an advantage.
Furthermore, you are required to have a high level of commitment and flexibility for occasional business trips.
