David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish-speaking Engagement Manager for their Malaga office.
Position: Engagement Manager Location: Malaga, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing, publishing, and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach, ensuring consistent and repeatable execution Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience Implement a structured multi-channel outreach strategy, utilising calls, emails, and social media Prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
