Hacemos nuestros los objetivos de nuestras empresas cliente y nos esforzamos con entusiasmo para conseguirlos, ¿te unes a nuestro equipo?Actualmente seleccionamos a un/a Engagement Manager ServiceNow para incorporarse a una compañia cuya actividad principal se centra en digitalizar procesos de negocio.Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesManagement of project Lifecycles from start to finish.Project tracking and reporting (Status Reports, Tracking, RIDAC Logs, etc.).Project administration & collaboration (organizing strategic calls, keeping and distributing project minutes, exchanging information, back-office tasks, etc.).Change Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management.Coordinating various IT functions to align tasks, solve problems and steer the projects forward.Draft Project documentation (Project Charters, Schedules and WBS breakdowns, Functional Specs, UAT planning & results, hand-off information, closure docs, etc.).Ensuring Projects are delivered "on-time, on-spec & on-budget".Acting as a business consultant, when necessary, to translate business needs into Functional Requirements.Education, Work Experience & CertificationUniversity degree or college diploma in the field of computer science, technology and/or Project Management, with 3 to 5 years work experience.Traditional PM certifications preferred (PMP, Prince2, etc.)Agile certification would be a plus (Scrum Master, etc.)Great knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices.Understanding of ServiceNow or PaaS would be a big plus.Personal AttributesDesire to thrive in a multinational environment with a global team.Strong business expertise and customer orientation.Capacity to efficiently prioritize and accomplish tasks in a high-pressure environment.Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills (English required).Ability to influence and present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.Team-oriented and experienced in working within a collaborative environment.We offerWork 100% remotely - Possibility of some presencial meetings in Madrid.Social benefits such as career plans and training program and certifications.Company cultureThe well-being of our employees around the world is the main focus of our culture.
