DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing, publishing, and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program.Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship.Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach, ensuring consistent and repeatable execution.Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience.Implement a structured multi-channel outreach strategy, utilizing calls, emails, and social media.Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.Position competitive solutions and offerings in alignment with customer needs and experiences.Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future business decisions.REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluent in Danish, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success and/or experience in account or customer management.Proficient in using office productivity tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Experience working with or selling cloud-based solutions or similar technologies.Hold relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies.BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Indefinite contract.Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.Meal cards.Performance bonus.
