Success Development Specialist (SDS) Job Description
Individual contributor role, responsible for onboarding, activating, nurturing and growing a selected list of ISVs by providing concierge services linked to ISV Market Place Application Publication.

**We offer**:
- Full time (39 hours/week) and a long-term contract. - Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00. - Salary: 20.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year in bonus. 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)* - Start date: Immediate
**Skills Needed**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field. - Minimum requirements: 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 years (+) IT industry experience. - Sales skills - Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps. - Business Operations - Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes. - Industry knowledge - basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions. - Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required. - Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language.
**Language skills**:
- English: Intermediate or Fluent (verbal and written). - Supported market: Fluent or Native in Polish (verbal and written).
- The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
