Engagement Delivery Lead

ENGAGEMENT DELIVERY LEAD Location: Spain As Engagement Delivery Lead you will participate in Level 2 & 3 support activities, IAM platform operations, Application/system onboarding into IAM/PAM solution, and Engineering work. What will make you successful in this position? Extensive experience on IAM support / operations / engineering managed services engagement delivery Strong knowledge of the following technology stack: SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, Ping, Entra ID, AD, AWS IAM and PKI (Microsoft, Digicert & Entrust) Strong knowledge of IAM processes and controls. Good experience in providing advisory services to client on IAM/PAM. Strong ability to build trust relationship with customer Strong capacity to manage customer expectations Strong collaboration mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English). Strong desire to deliver high quality solutions and continuously improve quality of services. Nice to have: Agile methodology Nice to have: DevOps What will be your mission?
