At Smart Protection, we fight the piracy of audiovisual content and product counterfeiting on the internet.
We do this by combining the capabilities of our technology platform with those of our team of data analysts.
We operate in a three-phase process: capturing large amounts of information online (big data), analyzing it to identify violations (machine learning), and eliminating them (legaltech) on each platform that hosts them.
In this way, we minimize the negative effects that illegal actions have on our clients' sales and on the reputation of their brand.

Enforcement Analyst TraineeWe are currently looking for an analytical, structured, and curious Enforcement Analyst Trainee with a strong interest in new technologies.
What will you do?Apply the main international regulations on intellectual and industrial property rights on the Internet.Send complaint forms through various Intellectual Property platforms and follow up on the communications sent.Update documents related to the services (use of office package).Review and manage email accounts related to claims and additional forms.Update and follow up on the documentation associated with the intellectual and industrial property rights of the clients we serve.Use the internal tool for managing infringement files, verifying the status of claims, and updating statuses.Digitally certify infringements of intellectual and industrial property rights located on the Internet.What You Will NeedStudies: Law Degree or ADE.Curiosity and interest in tech and the internet.Adaptability to change.Technical knowledge: Internet and Social Media, Information systems, Advanced filters.Competencies: Analytical thinking, Teamwork, Flexibility, Open mind.Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Languages: Fluent in English.What do we offer?A lot of learning and development opportunities within a dynamic tech company in the purest Silicon Valley-style.The possibility of making a serious impact on our product.The opportunity to execute and implement your own ideas and initiatives.Flexible schedule around 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and on Friday around 09:00 - 15:00 (we also offer part-time internships).Paid Internship.What's it like to work at Smart Protection?Smart Protection is an equal opportunity workplace.
