Manage complex transformational programs in multinational companies. Your new role: Work on challenging projects that have a meaningful impact on clients. Diversify your experience and know how , with a polyvalent role in different projects and multi-disciplinary teams. Develop a deep understanding of the energy industry, which will allow us to have a real impact in our clients. Address our customers´ challenges, applying analytical frameworks , and conceptualizing strategy development. Develop and synthesize business conclusions and be able to communicate them with high executive sponsors (C – Level). Take part in our full business cycle , helping in the design of new offerings, project proposals and engaging our customers for business continuity. What we expect from you: More than 2 years of experience in management consulting firms. Specific category will depend on candidate experience and skills (Energy knowledge highly valuable). Proficiency in Office 365 tools to develop complex financial models and C-Level documents. Proficiency in English to develop international projects. Other languages valued. Availability to travel abroad Skills: Leadership an innate client focus, being able to adapt and interact at various levels of management. Organized, accurate and detail-oriented with self-initiated problem-solving . Quantitative and financial skills to develop complex analysis and business cases.
