WHAT DO WE DO? A producer of renewable photovoltaic energy on an international scale for over 15 years, the REDEN Group, owned by Macquarie, BCI and MunichRe, has its own photovoltaic panel production plant in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and develops, builds and operates photovoltaic power plants in close collaboration with local stakeholders.The REDEN Group, present in 9 countries in Europe and Latin America, currently operates more than 1 Gw worldwide and expects to grow more than 10-fold by 2030. Post: What would be your role in the REDEN project? As an Energy Storage Project Development Manager, you will report to the Head of Energy Storage and your main mission will be to develop utility-scale battery storage projects (BESS), both hybridized and standalone BESS until Ready-to-Build milestone. Key Responsibilities: Project Development (25%): Lead the development of utility-scale battery storage projects, managing each phase up to the Ready-to-Build milestone. This includes overseeing partnerships with external development entities to ensure alignment and success. Stakeholder Engagement (20%): Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as grid operators, local authorities, landowners, and the wider public, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Site Analysis and Due Diligence (20%): Conduct high-level site analysis, support due diligence processes, and contribute actively to the acquisition of projects within the portfolio. Regulatory Monitoring (15%): Stay up to date with regulatory changes and market reforms related to battery storage in Spain, ensuring that all projects remain compliant with the latest policies. Collaboration (10%): Serve as the primary interface between external partners, REDEN Iberia, and the wider REDEN Group support functions, fostering strong, productive relationships. Document Management (10%): Prepare and manage all relevant documents, both for internal purposes within the REDEN Group and for external stakeholders.
