We are currently seeking a Project Manager passionate about construction and eager to manage a large portfolio of Energy developments from design through construction and handoff to operation and maintenance.As a top-ranked company in sustainability and with over 5,300 buildings owned globally, you will help build innovative renewable projects. You will be part of a top-notch team of Global Energy professionals working on solar, EV charging, storage, and other energy solutions.Responsibilities:Coordinate all construction-related deliverables from project introduction through construction and commissioning.Lead the project, including consultants and contractors, within Prologis specifications, budget, and schedules.Prepare and assist in the preparation of reporting that captures major project milestones, risks, and key project information.Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure budget, scope, schedule, grid connection, permits, customer requirements, quality, and safety standards are met.Proactively mitigate risks including critical path management and coordinating logistics obstacles.Manage construction-related contracting, deliverables, and change order reviews.Research design and construction specifications and work with the technical solution architect to implement enhancements.Develop strong working relationships with various internal and external partners.Ensure customer satisfaction through proper coordination and communication.Partner with local sales leads on energy proposals as needed.Review and manage technical specifications, designs, scopes of work, and other project-related documents.Ensure quality and safety standards are followed.Analyze designs and proposals for compliance with Prologis standards and local regulations.Review/approve design drawings, invoicing, turnover documents, and other deliverables for budget management.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience leading and managing construction projects, preferably for a solar, storage, and/or EV charging developer.BSc in Engineering (preferably electrical, mechanical, or civil).Experience in managing complex multi-site portfolios and contract negotiation in the renewable energy industry.Fluent in English, Spanish, and French (both written and verbal).Strong negotiation/mediation skills.Proven track record of project execution/construction success in the renewable energy industry.Experience with solar and storage design/build contracts including EPC, PPA, O&M, etc.Project Management certification (PMI, IPMA, or similar) is a plus.Able to travel up to 40% of the time.
