We are currently looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team for an International Startup that specializes in providing solutions and services related to software management and quality in cloud environments.
Responsibilities Participate with Product Owners in defining new features for the product through Salesforce.
Contribute to building an exceptional, efficient, and easy-to-use tool.
Develop business user stories together with the product owner.
Support the testing, implementation, and release of new features to the customers.
Requirements Certifications and a good knowledge of Salesforce .
Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
Strong organisational, communication, and analytical reasoning skills.
Enthusiastic about cloud environments and keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features.
Team player , with the ability to work with many different stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
