Ensure all promotional materials align with the brand's messaging and visual identity. Provide recommendations for future promotions based on analysis. Obtain necessary approvals and clearances for promotional content and activities. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution. Coordinate with external partners for promotional materials and services, monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure promotions stay within budget. Market Analysis: Analyze Hair Category Market information to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and other metrics to assess the performance of the category and make data-driven decisions. Digital Retail Media: Coordinate promotions and collaborate with the retailer's digital team. Implement the brand's content across retailers' platforms. Coordinate retailers' events (street marketing, influencers, etc). Support marketing digital efforts for clients. Financial Variables: Track the performance of promotions using key metrics (e.G., sales data, sell-out, distribution, penetration, website traffic, social media engagement). Make real-time adjustments to promotional activities based on performance data and feedback. Compile and analyze data to evaluate the success of promotions. Prepare reports summarizing the outcomes and insights gained from promotional activities. Provide recommendations for future promotions based on analysis. Monitor and control expenses to ensure promotions stay within brand support budget. Support Variables: Provide support to Trade Marketing managers in the development of business activities. Coordinate with education and communication. Maintain regular contact with customers. Prepare presentations for customers and the sales team. Collaborate with marketing to establish forecasting and product objectives. Collaborate with sales to follow up on the implementation of the GTM by customer. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Trade Marketing department in FMCG companies. Previous experience in managing Trade Marketing activities in Retailers. Fluent in English. Negotiation skills, proactivity, high numerical ability, personal flexibility, and teamwork capability.
