We advise on all matters relating to the employment relationship, including senior managers' contracts, transfers of undertakings, restructures, collective agreement negotiations, outsourcing and compensation and benefits.
We also represent the interests of our clients in employment proceedings brought before the Spanish employment tribunals and the labour and Social Security authorities.The Team Our Employment team in Madrid, comprising one partner, one counsel and two associates, has been consistently highly ranked over the years.Qualifications We would like to hear from outstanding Spanish abogados that have between 4 and 6 PQE in the Employment practice area of a prestigious law firm.
You will have a fluent command of both oral and written English, an excellent academic record and be used to dealing with international clients.
You should be technically rigorous, have first class drafting ability, highly developed analytical and project management skills and a common sense approach to resolving issues.
