MISSION:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies, collaborating closely with Culture and Learning and Development departments. This role will be pivotal in shaping how we attract, engage, and retain talent worldwide while fostering an innovative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition Strategy Design and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and regional needs.Act as the Global Lead for Talent Acquisition transformation projects, including the deployment of tools like ATS, CRM, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.Oversee recruitment operations for critical regions, including young talent programs and leadership hiring.Drive the evolution of recruitment marketing, embedding a data-driven approach to talent attraction.Employer Branding Lead the development and execution of a new global Employer Branding strategy, improving EB KPIs across key metrics.Act as the Product Owner for the global career's website, leading rebranding and localization projects in multiple languages and regions.Partner with the Communications department to strategize and enhance the organization's presence across social media platforms.KPI's Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. Utilize insights from data analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuously improve strategies and outcomes.Learning & Development Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and support training programs, with a focus on leadership development and early-career talent.Contribute to initiatives that foster a coaching culture across all levels of the organization.Process Excellence & Tools Manage and enhance performance appraisal systems, creating a feedback culture that aligns with company purpose.Implement and maintain competency frameworks for recruitment and development:Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define role-specific competencies that align with the company's needs and strategic goals.Ensure frameworks are integrated into talent acquisition, performance reviews, and learning initiatives to create a consistent approach to employee development.Update and align recruitment strategy based on our competency models evolving business needs, ensuring relevance and impact.To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following: Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.Experience:Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at a global level.Experience leading large-scale projects, such as ATS/CRM implementation and rebranding.Expertise in recruitment marketing, digital campaigns and social media platforms.Skills:Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align global initiatives with local needs.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities.Tools & Platforms: Excellence in tools such as SuccessFactors (SAP), and similar ATS platform.At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
