Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the HR Manager in the development of Calendar of Activities for Employee Relations (ER) and Public Relations (PR) programs at the last quarter of the Fiscal Year (FY). The Calendar will be in effect for the following FY.
Collaborates with the HR Manager in the preparation of budget and planning for major company events and ER/PR programs as stated in the Calendar of Activities.
Administers employee opinion surveys on issues and concerns, then analyzes the results to determine employee satisfaction.
In charge of broadcasting on the Company's Happy Radio and all activities related to all SPI factories per the given schedule as a way of Company promotion, advertisement, and an avenue for special and important announcements among employees.
Responsible for the maintenance and updating of information on the Company's Facebook account and other webpages as channels for Company campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
Performs other duties, special assignments, and instructions as assigned by the Senior Vice President of the Company pertaining to Employee and Public Relations-related activities and other major company events. This may also hold true for other Company executives if deemed necessary.
Performs other duties, special assignments, and instructions from the Human Resources Manager pertaining to Employee and Public Relations-related activities and other tasks that may be designed if the need arises.
Qualification & Experience:
Educational Attainment:
College Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Mascom, HRM) Professional.
Qualification:
With at least work-related experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in the fashion bag industry.
Special/Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and applicable software tools/systems.
Ability to demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools, strategic planning, and risk management.
Creative and well-organized.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, to a diverse audience.
Ability to direct and supervise effectively with good judgment and keen attention to detail.
Proficient in English communication, both oral and written; (can speak/understand Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus factor).
With a positive attitude, strong leadership, and good interpersonal skills.
