Employee Process Engineeering Country/Region: ES Location: Corella, Navarra, ES, 31591 We are strengthening our team in Process Engineering at our location in Corella/Spain.
What you can look forward to as Senior Process Engineer: Design and Development: Create and optimize new processes to improve production efficiency Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues to ensure smooth and safe production Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align project goals and ensure effective communication Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve quality Mentorship: Lead and mentor less experienced engineers in process design and development Your profile as Senior Process Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field At least +5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO II), strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of process control systems (PLC, DCS) Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies Experience in bioprocess workflows and pharmaceutical manufacturing can be advantageous The compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
