As an Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. You will collaborate across departments to develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of cultural dynamics within organizations and a proven interest in implementing effective cultural initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues.Manage Flywire vendor relationships (Food, Catering, Swag, Maintenance and others).Support making sure that the office space — with all its facilities — meets the employees' needs.Manage and update data in company databases or CRM systems while ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.Support in creating compelling experiences for all FlyMates, in order to increase engagement and participation.Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals, and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.Support in designing and implementing Experience Frameworks.Propose, plan and manage events (corporate and social) and other initiatives to keep our FlyMates connected and engaged in a Hybrid-model work environment.Collaborate with People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.Support establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs. Track and analyze relevant metrics to assess program impact and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
