The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Support the Employee Manager in overseeing staff operations and ensuring a positive work environment.Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees.Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering effective communication within the team.Help implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs.Monitor staff performance and assist in conducting evaluations to enhance team productivity.Realize staff house inspections guaranteeing the rules of it.Oversee internal communications with staff via Viva Engage, Teams, Boards, TVs, emails, etc.Our Ideal Employee Assistant Manager candidate will have:Strong interpersonal skills : Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive work environment.HR and administrative experience : A background in human resources or employee relations, with knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.Conflict resolution abilities : Capable of handling employee concerns or disputes, mediating conflicts, and providing solutions to maintain workplace harmony.Organizational skills : Strong ability to manage employee records, scheduling, and other administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations.Confidentiality and discretion : High ethical standards and respect for employee privacy, especially when dealing with sensitive HR issues.Team leadership and support : Experience in supporting HR teams or working closely with management to implement employee-related initiatives
