About this opportunity : We are looking for an experienced and dynamic person as the Employee Engagement Manager for Ericsson Business Areas in Market Area Europe & Latin America (MELA).
You will play a key role in creating engagement around our employee value proposition and contributing to Ericsson being perceived as the technology leader, preferred employer and partner to empower the connected world.
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will be working closely with Ericsson MELA business leaders, the Communications teams in Ericsson headquarters and across Europe & Latin America.
You will work on a strategic level, but you are equally comfortable to work hands on with the organization and think creatively to develop, implement and continuously evaluate and improve the communications outputs.
What you will do : Developing and driving employee engagement strategy, narratives and campaign activations to support the objectives for employee experience within MELA Business Areas in an aligned, consistent way across the global organization.
Developing and implementing communication plans to positively impact employee engagement in the organizing hosting over 10,000 employees in 3 business areas.
Providing strategic advisory to Ericsson Executives leading the Business Areas.
Stewardship of communications program for Senior Leaders of the organization.
Building communication strategies and coordination of planning with external communications (media relations) team.
Developing and cultivating internal relationships, driving innovation and experimentation in employee advocacy, creating room to collaborate.
Analyzing audiences, channels, stakeholders and influencers.
You will bring : 10-15+ years senior internal communication experience.
Experience working in global organizations in communications in the areas of human resources, employee experience, branding, IT and infrastructure, with the ability to develop and implement compelling communication strategies with tangible results in areas of Agile Transformation, Automation & Industrialization, Occupational Health & Safety, cultivating Challenger Attitude.
Demonstrated experience in change communication and employee engagement and proven track record of excellent stakeholder management.
Experience leading and coordinating different teams to deliver results globally in a coordinated, aligned way.
Ability to collaborate in a distributed and virtual environment and scale out locally communications campaigns developed centrally in Ericsson headquarters and in Market Area Europe & Latin America.
Strong strategic orientation and creative mindset with ability to look ahead of the curve, understanding our employees' requirements, and act in order to add value.
Continuously identify initiatives required to execute our strategy effectively.
