Job Description:
At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for an Advertisement Business Development Manager with fluent English. The tasks are as follows:
Business development and sales of an advertising platform with European companies in the China Region, focusing on relevant ecosystem development and ad revenue growth.Develop and manage European partnerships interested in advertising/marketing in China, including media agencies and direct advertisers.Analyze, research, and evaluate different verticals and categories of advertisers interested in the China market, such as FMCG, tourism/travel, sports, and others.Manage day-to-day communication with partners, overseeing the end-to-end project from prospect to campaign delivery, in coordination with various stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.).Coordinate with the EU Ads Leader and other BDs in regular EU Ads meetings, monitoring progress, issues, and assisting with problem-solving for the Ads BU EU manager.Align with the Ads Operations team on key accounts by vertical, build and share successful onboarding of new partners, and stay updated with the latest ads product updates.Make data-driven decisions and utilize internal platforms for partner onboarding and data reporting. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the advertisement industry, especially in the mobile advertisement domain.Deep understanding of the European local market for consumer digital services, mobile usage behavior, social media trends, and advertisement trends (including CTV and others).Good relationships with local suppliers in the advertisement value chain (Europe). Past partnership/account management experience is required, with proven examples.Strong communication skills and rich experience in partner engagement and influencing.Self-motivated, creative, and good teamwork skills, willing to take on challenges.Curiosity about new knowledge, ability for continuous learning, positive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge of the China market or related experience with the China region is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.Advanced knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation) and PowerPoint (ability to explain and show complex information simply). Languages: Proficient in English; Chinese or other European languages are highly valuable.
