Create/Update Validation Test specification and Validation plan. Align the strategy with the different stakeholders. Lead and monitor all the Validation tasks (Execution, Setup). Reporting to project stakeholders (incl. Customer). Reporting to Validation Supervisor. Review the reports. Report and track the issues. Risk and mitigations. Follow schedule and Budget. Perfil: Management skills. Leadership and team-working aptitudes. Problem solving approach and ability to react and provide potential solutions. Ability to work in a team with proactivity. Enthusiasm and the ability to handle difficult situations. Technical skills: Experience in tests with High Current/High Voltage products. Electric vehicles knowledge and experience. Experience in more than one of these areas (Environmental-Aging Test, HV Test, LV Tests, EMC). Experience in OEM Standards. Knowledge in HW and/or ME Others. Good English skills: verbally and written. Excel LI-RP5.
