WHAT YOU'LL DO : As a service-oriented and reliable EMESA People Analyst, you will be providing accurate analyses and insights to guide decision-making on several people topics through both regular reporting and ad-hoc deep-dives.
You will be extracting and structuring data by tapping into the different HR systems, creating dataflows, and producing powerful visualizations in order to develop end-to-end analytical solutions across a broad range of HR topics.
You will play an integral role in the EMESA People Analytics team and will work together to support the management (regional People Directors, People Chairs and Management Team) and other key customers (e.g., Regional People functional leads and system HR Directors).
Your responsibilities are expected to evolve over time as analyses and HR systems develop.
YOU'RE GOOD AT : You have a passion for data analytics and will support the team's ongoing reporting responsibilities (e.g., monthly capacity) by coordinating with country and functional nodes in the timeliness and accuracy of their data (e.g.
recruiting databases in STARS), ensuring alignment among HR systems (e.g., Workday) and maintaining existing dashboards to provide reliable and up-to-date insights to key stakeholders.
You consistently strive to streamline and automate existing processes and will work with key stakeholders and IT teams to flag data inconsistencies and continuously improve data quality across key HR systems (e.g., STARS, Workday).
Through your client-centric and problem-solving mindset, you will support the People Analytics team in developing new products and ad-hoc pieces together with our key stakeholders.
Similarly, you will be pushing for continuously evolving our existing products (e.g., Capacity dashboard, Career development dashboard).
Building on your structured and detail-oriented working style, you will be teaming up with the People Analytics managers to prepare data analyses and devise powerful findings as required.
You will leverage your strong communication skills to enable effective engagement and discussions with key stakeholders, as well as to ensure the delivery of clear and impactful findings through your analyses.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) : You have earned a university degree (statistics, physics, math, engineering, or computer science preferred).
You have past experience and are comfortable building data workflows and visualizations through Alteryx and Tableau (or similar software).
You are proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Excel, where you bring expert knowledge.
You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail and bring the ability to conduct analyses and derive insights from data.
You have previously worked on People topics with exposure to HR related processes and systems.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you have the ability to effectively persuade, influence and negotiate across different cultural settings.
With your independent working style and self-starter attitude, you bring the ability to operate within a dispersed regional team.
