Job Description:The EMEAC Nemolizumab Medical Scientific Engagement Lead is a key Regional medical engagement person, providing a field-based scientific and clinical support to top experts to maintain a high level of medical, scientific, and technical knowledge and expertise in relation to chronic skin immuno-inflammatory diseases and for Nemolizumab in atopic dermatitis and in prurigo nodularis and others future indications.
The EMEAC Nemolizumab Medical Scientific Engagement Lead will develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers both physicians and extenders to provide comprehensive medical & scientific and education support to Galderma initiatives in assigned countries. She or he will focus on providing top experts, clinical investigators, academic organizations, the opportunity for scientific exchange and gathering insights in order to provide medical, scientific and education support for prioritized services related to Nemolizumab in dermatology indications.
Key Responsibilities:Disseminate through different face to face engagement channels, Nemolizumab R&D data, including phase 2, 3 and LCM data.Set up an external engagement coordination in-between global & EMEAC region & countries to ensure a flawless implementation and execution of all activities and plans for Nemolizumab.Build and execute EMEAC countries engagement plan for tier1/tier2 physicians to ensure EMEAC wave 2 and then after wave 3 countries are achieving a high level of engagement for Nemolizumab.To execute the EMEAC medical engagement activities, part of the regional tactical plan and global strategy, under the supervision of EMEAC Medical Affairs Head.To provide thorough up-to-date medical and scientific expertise in the expertise area of focus to drive Galderma medical messages delivery to key stakeholders.Skills & Qualifications:Medical Degree, or PharmD, or PhD degree in health sciences.Dermatologist, Immunologist/Allergologist.5-7 years of successful experience in Pharma environment with a proven prior experience in Medical Affairs.Medical and scientific writing skills.Demonstrable experience of developing and presenting scientific/medical content at a variety of levels, including senior KOLs.Understanding of local HAs environment.Strong interpersonal skills - ability to interact with all levels within the organization and to deal with key opinion leaders and the medical/scientific communities.Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.Very frequent travels as required.Next Steps:If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first virtual conversation with the recruiter.
