We are looking for a hands-on experienced Prospecting Program Manager for our EMEA Prospecting Days who will be responsible for developing and managing Prospecting programs in alignment with sales, marketing and business development.
A strong understanding of marketing and sales as well as operational processes around campaign execution and measurement will be crucial and previous experience working in large cross functional organizations will be key.
The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with internal stakeholders and external organizations as needed.
This role requires strategic thinking and problem solving with strong communication skills.Navigating EMEA's Complexity The EMEA region's diverse languages, cultures, and regulations pose significant obstacles that a global team cannot overcome.
Tailoring messaging, content, and campaigns to the nuances of each EMEA market requires deep local expertise.
A centralized team simply cannot adapt to these complexities, making an EMEA-dedicated Prospecting Program Manager essential.
This Program Manager will be responsible for aligning with EMEA-specific specialist teams to conduct region and country-specific enablement sessions, ensuring the field is equipped to effectively engage with local prospects.Driving Cross-functional Collaboration and Leveraging Local Insights The Program Manager will lead initiatives to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and optimize performance - tailored to the specific needs of the EMEA market.

This includes providing guidance for "AM Goals" and "CSR Goals" sheets, aligning them to seller quota and IPMM goals, as well as ensuring pipeline hygiene across the regions.Ensuring Operational Excellence and Agility To succeed, the EMEA Prospecting Program Manager must possess expertise in campaign management, problem-solving, and communication, coupled with the agility to adapt to the region's dynamic landscape.
These capabilities are difficult for a global team to maintain, making a dedicated regional leader essential.
The Program Manager will be responsible for instilling a sense of competition amongst the regions, motivating the field to prospect, and announcing rewards and recognition.Driving Continuous Improvement and Efficiency The Program Manager will lead initiatives to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and optimize performance - tailored to the specific needs of the EMEA market.
A global team would struggle to manage and execute these region-specific improvements.
This includes providing guidance for "AM Goals" and "CSR Goals" sheets, aligning them to seller quota and IPMM goals, as well as ensuring pipeline hygiene across the regions.Enabling Data-driven Decision Making The Program Manager will measure, track, and report on campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine prospecting activities.
This analytical approach, combined with deep EMEA expertise, will enable informed decisions and resource allocation - capabilities a global team cannot match.
The Program Manager will manage local reporting escalations, track performance by region, and share hourly results on the day of WWPD.Key job responsibilitiesThe main purpose of the Prospecting Day program is to create new opportunities and increase the sales pipeline.
Prospecting Day is a regular event that brings together teams from AWS to leverage the Learn and Be Curious and Deliver Results Leadership Principles, by 1/ enabling the entire sales organization around 3-4 sales motions from the focus service categories, 2/ strengthen the prospecting skills of all sellers and 3/ accelerate customer engagement.
These programs align on a joint strategy and common calendar to deliver a consistent and unified experience to sellers.
The key measure of success for Prospecting Day is pipeline creation.
We are looking for a hands-on experiences leader who will be responsible for developing the PD program for EMEA and ensuring coordination with the central WWFE team and successful execution of PD at the geo level.
The geo PD Lead/Program Manager is responsible for executing the strategy developed by the WW team and ensuring efficient preparation and organization for the prospecting event.
The responsibilities include review of PD material, planning of geo communication and enablement, coordination of geo/area stakeholders from supporting teams (WWSO, Marketing, Partner, T&C), coordination of sales champions/area field enablement leads, reporting and closed-loop collaboration with the WWFE team to improve the program and processes around PD.
The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide guidance for projects.
Additionally, this candidate will have demonstrated success in managing campaigns, identifying and solving competing priorities and timelines to streamline deliverables.
You will develop a deep expertise in AWS's services, policies and processes and be capable of both efficient and accurate campaign execution.
The ability to identifying opportunities to improve our workflows and implement best practices is highly desired.As a Prospecting Program Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Identify and work with stakeholders across EMEA to orchestrate program planning, organization and execution - Collaborate with the WW team to improve program initiatives, resources and structure - Define program goals, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed - Create and maintain program plan - Oversee and coordinate supporting teams to deliver field communications, executive communications, enablement, and best practice sharing.
- Drive localization of program materials, templates, communication, and other assets.
- Build reporting and track and monitor progress, define key performance indicators or success metrics.
Be able to report on status against program objectives.
