Key job responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle for payroll-related initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive plans, schedules, and status reports. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations, technologies, and best practices. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, review progress, and resolve roadblocks. Build strong relationships with partners, capturing their voice and sharing performance metrics. Define and promote business improvements, recommending efficiencies. Leverage data to uncover underlying process issues and influence teams to implement best practices. Lead the delivery of our EMEA Payroll long-term vision, partnering cross-functionally. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience in leading projects (preferable PMP or Prince2 certified). Experience in program management. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. Experience leading process improvements. Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
