As part of Commercial Operations, the Sales Enablement organization focuses on the success of the sales organization by defining sales strategies and sales force design; providing competency programs; developing commercial messaging; implementing modern sales processes; and managing change.
Sales Enablement is leading the transformation of the Rockwell Automation sales force to customer-focused, outcome-based selling.
We are looking for a motivated EMEA Sales Onboarding Manager to work as part of the Sales Enablement team whose charter is to provide sales leadership and selling teams with what they need to know, say, and do to have more effective customer engagements.
This role is responsible for the EMEA strategy, objectives, design and approach of role-based sales onboarding programs aligned with a global program for regional delivery.
The scope of onboarding programs includes early career hires, experienced external hires, and new sales managers - both commercial and technical roles.
The future sales onboarding programs should support the shift to outcome-based selling, improve time to effectiveness and employee engagement, provide a globally consistent experience for employees, and be delivered in a modern, interactive way.
What you'll do Lead and manage: Establish an EMEA vision and gain alignment globally for RA's onboarding strategy.
Effectively manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities to maintain a market-leading sales onboarding program.Assist with modifying programs: Modify programs as needed to address cultural and language variations.Collaborate and communicate: Regularly engage and interact with EMEA sales leadership, global sales enablement, as well as our Market Access team.
Understand the perspectives of stakeholders to ensure the onboarding program delivers the right outcomes for the business.
Communicate persuasively and precisely with excellent written and oral communication skills.Organize and synthesize: Organize the projects and activities of the sales enablement team to link together the various components of enablement into consistent sales onboarding programs.
Understand and navigate the Rockwell Automation portfolio of offerings, translating complex commercial and technical information into clear and differentiated messages.Continuously enable: Drive change management and communication to ensure onboarding programs are being deployed effectively and consistently across EMEA and aligned with the global team.
Ensure our Sellers are equipped with the right messaging and enablement at the point in time they need it so they can lead effective customer engagements.
